About the role
Join Mumara and help design, build, and scale modern web applications. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript. Own features end-to-end, build high-performance frontend experiences, develop robust backend services, and contribute to architecture, performance, and engineering standards.
What you'll do
- Build scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js
- Develop secure RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js
- Convert Figma designs into responsive and accessible interfaces
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
- Design database schemas and efficient queries
- Implement authentication, authorization, and third-party integrations
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployments
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Experience with Express, NestJS, or Fastify
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Experience with Prisma, TypeORM, or similar ORM tools
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress
- Strong knowledge of Git, Docker, and GitHub Actions
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Vercel, or similar cloud platforms
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
